The NightmareI opened my eyes to find myself in a dark room. There was no light, the room was blacker than the night, and I couldn’t tell how big it was. I stretched my hands out in front of me, doing my best to walk in a straight line. Finally, after walking for only God knows how far, I saw a tiny dot of light ahead of me. I began to run, light beginning to grow brighter and brighter all the while.  Am I dead?  I thought to myself curiously, remembering what my uncle had told me as a little girl when he had had his near death experience.

Life of Angels + Demons, part2Bailey and the other being continued to roll closer and closer to the edge of the building. The sense of hate that the other being felt was coming off in huge waves, nearly making Bailey faint as she turned over and over, fighting desperately for her life.  
     What is wrong with you? Why are you pushing us to our deaths? Bailey thought, completely confused by what was happening to her.       You are the one rolling to your death. Bailey and creatures like Bailey were becoming obsolete, leaving them with nothing to do but think of the old days. No, Bailey thought. I need to go to the movies...I am super bored. If I stay in this stupid house for another day I am going to explode! The same stupid schedule everyday. Will someone please go to the movies with me? I might go with Hayley tomorrow...if anybody wants to come with me, you can just leave me a message, on the phone or online.

Grr. This stupid schedule is driving me insane. I have to eat nothing all day, except when my dad is home, or my dad will kill me. He is totally obsessed with this "diet" thing. If I am going to go on a frigging diet, I will do it because I want to, not because my dad thinks I am the fatest person on this f-ing whole planet. He is such an ass. I hate it. Another thing that I hate is that he is making me do thousands of exercises...I swear he's trying to kill me. I must spend like five hours doing these stupid exercises my dad instructs me to do.

Ugh. Okay...calming down.... I need to get out, so will someone please call me and say you want to go to the movies with me? Please?!?! I seriously need to get out.

I am totally pathetic. I can recite nearly every line in this book. It's so utterly pathetic. No one, no one, could possibly know this book as well as I do, except for Stephenie Meyer of course. Totally pathetic and completely tragic.
